Europe experiencing larger number of travelers from USA

Apart from the once typical destinations, it is seen now that the travellers are increasing and have flocked into different areas of Europe besides Paris, London and Rome. As the demands and popularity increases with Croatia, Greece and alongside Germany, the American Airlines is eventually broadening its European reach with new routes to these places seeing the increase in travellers and demand for a comfortable flight.

Actions have already been taken and these summers, passengers were given access to non-stop seasonal service from Philadelphia International Airport to Berlin Tegel Airport in Germany and Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Italy. There were new daily summer routes connecting Chicago and Greece.

The Vice President of Network and Schedule planning, Vasu Raja explained in a press release from the company that “ Through the Atlantic Joint Business they have seen the increased interest to these places from the United States and adjust the network to introduce these destinations will provide ample choice for travellers from both sides of Atlantic.

Raja further explained in the press release that “ by providing the non-stop flight service from different parts, America is making it easy for people to see the world”.

According to the county’s ministry of tourism, Dubrovnik welcomes and experienced an increase of 53 per cent more tourist in 2019compared to the same period of time for last year. Also, the Berlin tourist growth remained the same throughout. In 2018 according to the statistical report U.S travellers summed up to be the largest number of overnight stayers in Munich whereas Bologna and Edinburg were setting record-breaking numbers in terms of overnight stays and arrivals. Also, Berlin surpasses Rome and become the third most visited place in Europe after London and Paris.

Also, American Airlines 2019 seasonal expansion is followed by the route set back in 2018 for Iceland, Prague and Budapest.
