Nicsmann to offer RM 600,000 sponsorship for youths in Malaysia

Malaysia Leading Food Service Industry Company, NICSMANN to offer RM 600, 000.00 sponsorship for Youths in Malaysia to undertake the Singapore Food Service Attachment Program offered jointly with DHS Hospitality Academy and the School of Professional & Executive Development of ASIA e University through the NICSMANN INTERNTIONAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE jointly develop between DHS Hospitality Academy, & NICSMANN Food Services. The Center is a collaborative objective is to Train, Up Skill and Re Skill Youths for the Food Service Industry.

Under the Center two programs would be offered mainly the Singapore Food Service Work Attachment Program where the participants would undergo 12 months of Paid Industrial Attachment in the Singapore Food Service Industry with accommodation, monthly allowance of SGD 650.00 for the first 6 months and SGD 700.00for the 2nd 6 months. The participants would also be provided with Insurance, duty meals and overtime and managed by a team of counsellors in Singapore.

The program permit is awarded by the Ministry of Manpower Singapore and participant’s fees is partially sponsored by NICSMANN group. Participants only pay partial fees for the program which would be held at ASIA e University which allows the students to further into a Diploma program once they have completed their 12 months attachment in Singapore.

The program is for youths who have completed SPM or 12th year of UEC or individual who completed PT3 and 18 years of age. The partial sponsorship is the first 150 participants. Successful completion of the 12 months Industrial attachment in Singapore the participants would be offered JOB Placements in Singapore with starting salary of SGD 1200.00 to SGD 1600.00.

The program is a unique program that allows the participants to experience the Singapore Food Service Industry and for Malaysian Youths to UP Skill and return to serve the Malaysian Food Service Industry or the NICSMANN Chain of Restaurants in Malaysia

The second program offered by the Center is the Food Service Career program that allows participants to undertake a 12-month attachment in the Malaysian Food Service Industry which provides an allowance of RM 700.00 to RM 800.00, accommodation, Duty Meals, Insurance, and 48 hours training per week. The program allows the individual to experience “REAL WORK EXPERIENCE”

DHS  is the pioneer in placement programs for the hospitality industry and since its inception DHS has successfully placed, Youths, Woman, Disabled, Ex Athlete and Elderly in the Hospitality & Food Service Industry through their various placements programs such as the Singapore Industrial Attachment Training Program, Malaysian Industrial Attachment Training Program, Career Work Skills Program, the Global Hospitality Program offered by DHS and respective learning organizations in Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland and United States of America.

DHS was founded by Dr Sri Kumar Sivakumaran in 2016 and he is also the President of the ASIA Hospitality Human Resource Association and ASIA Tourism Association. His vast experience in the Hospitality and the Food Service Industry particularly in employee training and placements. To date DHS has 10,000 placements with full sponsorship for their programs particularly from the Industry. DHS would be partnering with TAMIL MALAR to develop the INDIAN YOUTH HOSPITALITY CAREER CENTER by end of June 2022. The Center would emphasis on creating CAREER programs for Indian Youths in Malaysia where programs would be sponsored by Food Service Organizations in Malaysia.
