"This success is also the result of continuous collaboration and cooperation with stakeholders, non-governmental organizations, associations, communities, and all the people of Penang who share the same goal of making cleanliness on the Pearl of the Orient renowned worldwide in the tourism aspect," the council wrote in its post.
